Honored to be here

The day, a mix of sun showers, double rainbows, gold heels, and ocean interludes. The Mahaloness was apparent and I simply went with it. Perhaps slightly renegade, the formula has been been simply ‘do it’, with Mahaloness, be thankful for the flow and ride it, making good marks each moment, never doubting, being fully present, however you do it, doing it. Day 2 of the Mahaloness Gallery lawn show saw a few changes, paintings moved around, the building material waste transformed into gold, Mahaloness gold, solid gold like the good folks out there, you know who you are, the community, a community from all over woven into the tapestry that is our planet, people who are not afraid to think out of the box, rocksteady, all of the good folks doing the good work, showcasing their radness, and why not, what is there really to lose. I am honoured to be here, grateful, clear. Paintings left with new parents today, looking happy and why wouldn’t they be, that’s what Mahaloness is all about, honoring the exchange and being kind to one another, no matter what our individual realities are, the practice of my art is to honour spirit, to acknowledge the beauty we may not see all the time even though it is there all the time, the light, your light, my light and the light that illuminates within. Hyper heat. Synergy, clarity, flow, being present in the moment without holding. Turns out bird shit is art, and how lucky! Gold finger! “http://haltsart.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/20120506-210407.jpg”>20120506-210407.jpg
